I had a very… painful nightmare last night.

I… was dry heaving for almost 30 minutes, and now my hands and the rest of my body won’t stop shaking… and I keep crying… It literary feels as if someone is gripping my heart and won’t let go. 

I have no clue what is wrong with me, but all I know is that I’m not okay…
